Two Options for Alcohol Service
At Raylene Reserve, you can choose the option that fits your celebration best:
🍷 1. Licensed Bartender Service (Required for Liquor)
If you’re serving liquor, it must be poured by a licensed and insured bartender.
This ensures compliance with Florida law and gives you peace of mind.
You’ll need to provide proof of your bartender’s license and insurance before the event.
🍺 2. BOYB: Bring Your Own Beer & Wine (Self-Serve Option)
We allow self-serve alcohol with conditions for safety and liability:
Only beer and wine may be self-served.
Liquor is not allowed unless served by a licensed bartender.
The client is fully responsible for the service and consumption of alcohol.
You must take all reasonable steps to prevent underage drinking and overconsumption.
Clients are required to obtain event liability insurance that includes host liquor liability, listing Raylene Reserve as an additional insured.
If unsafe alcohol service or underage consumption is observed, the event may be terminated at the venue’s discretion.

Making BOYB Work Smoothly
BOYB is a great option for couples who want to personalize their celebration and stay on budget. Want to feature local brews or bring a selection of your favorites from home? Go for it! Just make sure you have a designated person (not the bride or groom!) helping monitor the station, keeping things tidy, and making sure everyone is of legal drinking age.

Liability Insurance: A Must-Have
